Terms and Conditions of Use

Le Relais de l’Hubac

1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) is to define the terms and conditions for renting the Le Relais de l’Hubac family holiday cottage, located at 175 chemin de l'Hubac, 07330 Thueyts, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Capacity

The holiday cottage can accommodate up to 12 people. Any booking exceeding this capacity may be refused or cancelled.

3. Booking

The booking becomes effective upon receipt of the signed contract and payment of a 20% deposit. The balance is payable 15 days before arrival.

4. Rates

Rates are quoted in euros, including all taxes. They may vary depending on the season, length of stay and number of people. The applicable rates are those in force at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation

By the tenant: All cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:

More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.

Less than 30 days: the deposit is retained.

By the owner: In the event of cancellation for exceptional reasons, the tenant will be fully refunded.

6. Arrival and departure

Arrival: from 4 p.m.

Departure: before 11 a.m. Any unauthorised late departure may result in additional charges.

7. Use of the premises

The tenant undertakes to respect the premises, to use them in accordance with their intended purpose and to return them to their original condition. The cottage is non-smoking. Animals are not allowed unless prior agreement has been obtained.

8. Security deposit

A security deposit of €500.00 is required on arrival. It will be returned after the departure inventory has been carried out, less any damage or additional cleaning costs.

9. Insurance

The tenant is required to have civil liability insurance to cover any damage caused to the cottage or to third parties during their stay.

10. Liability

The owner cannot be held liable for any theft, loss or damage to the tenant's property. Access to certain facilities (barbecue, etc.) is at the tenant's own risk.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court shall be that of the location of the holiday home.

12. Data protection

Personal data collected in connection with the booking is used solely for the management of the stay and is never passed on to third parties.
